Bacon-Wrapped Sweet Potato

| Grilled sweet potato | 450g |
| Salted bacon (slices) | 200g |
| Tomato | 1 |
| Garlic clove | 1 |
| Concentrated tomato paste | 2 tbsp |

| Sriracha sauce |
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Defrost the sweet potato in the microwave.

Wrap each sweet potato fry or wedge with a slice of bacon (or half a slice, depending on size) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Season with pepper and bake in the oven for 15 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time.

Dice the tomato and finely chop the garlic. Sauté in olive oil, add vinegar, sugar, and tomato paste, season further with salt and Sriracha sauce. Blend the sauce.

Serve the sauce in a small bowl alongside the bacon-wrapped sweet potato on a large platter.
