Preparation

The day before: Let the bag of avocado defrost in the fridge for about 20h

Crush the avocado with a fork until it's a nice spread and season to taste

Toast the slices of bread

Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toasted bread

Top with your favorite extras like halved cherry tomatoes & Parmesan cheese, pomegranate and pieces of goat cheese, broad beans or a soft-boiled egg.
