Fresh herbs like mint, cilantro or oregano | 1 handful |

Preparation

Prepare the frozen ratatouille in a deep pan, following the specified cooking time, until tender and fragrant. Add the cumin.

Using a spoon, create 4 indentations in the cooked ratatouille mixture.

Crack one egg into each indentation and allow them to cook gently over low heat until the eggs are set to your desired consistency.

Garnish with the shredded fresh herbs.
Serve de shakshuka hot, accompanied by crunchy bread for dipping and savouring every flavorful bite.
