Preparation

  1. Prepare the couscous in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

  2. Finely chop the red onion, crumble the goat cheese, and roughly chop the cilantro.

  3. Heat the frozen grilled pumpkin thoroughly in the oven or in a frying pan.

  4. Mix the grilled pumpkin with the cooked couscous and red onion. 

    Sprinkle with goat cheese and cilantro.

    Ready to serve!
