Blue Cheese Brussels Sprouts Gratin

| Blue cheese (Fourme d'Ambert, Stilton, Gorgonzola, etc) | 150g |
| Butter | 50g |
| Flour | 50g |

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C . Heat the grilled Brussels sprouts in the microwave or briefly sauté them in a pan.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, gradually whisk in the flour and let it cook for a moment, then gradually add the milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens into a sauce.

Remove from heat, then stir in the crumbled blue cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the Brussels sprouts in an ovenproof dish, spoon the cheese sauce over them, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes until gratinated.

Serve with baguette or as a side dish, for example, with steak.
