
Winter vegetable pan

Grilled Brussels sprouts | 450g |
Baby potatoes | 400g |
Dried cranberries | 3 tbsp |
Red onion - finely chopped | 1 |
Pecans | 3 tbsp |

Fresh thyme | 3 sprigs |
Preparation:

Halve the baby potatoes and cook them in salted boiling water for 10 minutes. Heat the grilled Brussels sprouts in the microwave or briefly sauté them in a pan.

First, fry the baby potatoes in olive oil with thyme and red onion until they start to brown, then add the Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper

Sprinkle with pecans and dried cranberries and serve.

Delicious as a vegetarian dish or as a side dish with fish or meat.
