Grain Mix with Teriyaki Beef, Sesame and Ginger

| Beef chuck steak of ribeye steak | 900g |
| Sesame oil | 60 ml |
| Soy sauce | 60 ml |
| Rice wine | 30 ml |
| Ginger (fresh) | 6g |
| Garlic | 3g |
| Coriander | 1 bunch |
| Salt & pepper |
Preparation

Cut the beef into even portions and mix with soy sauce, mirin, ginger, garlic, 20 ml sesame oil, salt and pepper. Allow it to marinate briefly, then fry or cook to the desired doneness. Rest briefly.

Heat the Mediterranean grain mix with a splash of sesame oil so the texture stays loose and the grains become warm and glossy.

Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until aromatic.

Assembly: spread the warm grain mix as the base. Place the beef on top or beside it. Finish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander or spring onion.
