
Grilled Pepper, Olive, and Manchego Tapas

Preparation:

Defrost the bell peppers. Warm up the grilled bell peppers in the microwave or briefly sauté in a pan.

Arrange the grilled bell peppers in a beautiful serving dish or bowl. Scatter the manchego cheese triangles randomly among the peppers. Add the olives.

Sprinkle the needles from 1 sprig of rosemary over the dish and season with chili flakes, coarse salt, and freshly ground pepper. Scatter the remaining rosemary sprigs randomly among the other ingredients. Serve with baguette slices.
