Grilled red & yellow bell pepper 450g
Baguette 1
garlic clove 1
Burrata 2 balls
Basil 2 sprigs
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the baguette into 1.5cm thick slices. Rub each slice with a halved garlic clove. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over each slice. Bake for 3 minutes in the preheated oven.

  2. Defrost the bell peppers. Warm them up in the microwave or briefly sauté in a pan.

  3. Carefully cut the burrata into pieces equal to the number of bell pepper slices. Place them in the cavity of the bell peppers and then on top of a slice of bruschetta. Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

  4. Serve your tapas and enjoy!
