
Bruchetta with grilled bell peppers & burrata

Grilled red & yellow bell pepper | 450g |
Baguette | 1 |

Burrata | 2 balls |
Basil | 2 sprigs |

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the baguette into 1.5cm thick slices. Rub each slice with a halved garlic clove. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle some olive oil over each slice. Bake for 3 minutes in the preheated oven.

Defrost the bell peppers. Warm them up in the microwave or briefly sauté in a pan.

Carefully cut the burrata into pieces equal to the number of bell pepper slices. Place them in the cavity of the bell peppers and then on top of a slice of bruschetta. Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Garnish with basil leaves. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
