Frozen rainbow potato wedges 750g (1 bag)
Sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese
Spring onions

Preparation:

  1. Before you start:

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the bag of rainbow wedges.

  2. Place the rainbow wedges on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spread out evenly. Bake them in the preheated oven until they are crispy and golden brown, following the instructions on the bag.

  3. While the wedges are baking, prepare your toppings.

    • Finely chop the spring onions and set them aside.
    • Grate the cheddar cheese if it's not already shredded
  4. Once the wedges are done baking, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving plate or platter.

  5. Assembly:

    • Generously dollop sour cream over the hot wedges.
    • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sour cream, allowing the heat from the wedges to melt the cheese slightly.
  6. Place the loaded wedges back into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Scatter the chopped spring onions over the loaded wedges for added flavor and freshness.

Serve the loaded rainbow wedges while they're still hot and the cheese is gooey. Enjoy them as a delicious appetizer or snack!
