Nachos 1 bag
Mexican vegetable mix 1 bag
Cheddar 100g
sour cream 1 pot
lemon 1

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven on 180°C 

  2. Pour the bag of Mexican veg in a pan and let cook on a medium heat stove for 8 minutes.

  3. Spread a baking sheet onto an oven plate and add the nacho chips.

  4. Pour the mexican veg mix over the nacho chips and add the cheddar cheese (optional). Put in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Take the dish out of the oven and add the sour cream. Top with some lime juice or some fresh herbs. 

  6. Dip and enjoy!
