Frozen grilled root vegetables 750g (1 bag)
Store-bought pie crust 1 roll
Eggs 4
Cream 250ml
Grated cheese 100g
Dried thyme 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

  1. Before you begin:

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F)

  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a quiche dish with it.

    Spread the grilled vegetable mix over the crust.

  3. Whisk the eggs together with the cream, and season with dried thyme, salt, and pepper. 

    Pour the mixture over the vegetables.

  4. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.

    Ready to serve, enjoy!
