Spicy meatballs with sweet potato fries

| Grilled sweet potato fries | 450g |
| Ground meat | 450g |
| Chopped parsley | 1 tbsp |
| Chopped chives | 1 tbsp |
| Chopped dill | 1 tbsp |
| Shallot | 1 |
| Mayonaise | 100ml |
| Curry powder | 1 tsp |
| Lime (juice ) | 1 |
| Arugula | 100g |
| Salt & pepper |
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the sweet potato fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes in the oven.

Mix the ground meat with the finely chopped shallot, garlic, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into meatballs.

Fry them in a pan until crispy and golden brown all around in some oil.

Place them with the fries in the oven for the last 10 minutes and continue cooking.

Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise with curry powder and lime juice, season with salt and pepper.

Serve the grilled oven fries with the meatballs, curry-lime mayonnaise, and arugula!
