Grilled cauliflower 450g
Couscous 120g
Greek yoghurt 150ml
Pomegranate seeds 3 tbsp
Chopped mint 1 tbsp
Chopped parsley 1 tbsp
Chopped cilantro 1 tbsp
Raisins 3 tbsp
springs onions (sliced into rings) 2
Olive oil 3 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Roasted and chopped hazelnuts 3 tbsp
Salt & pepper

Preparation:

  1. Heat the cauliflower in the microwave or briefly fry it in a pan. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

  2. Mix the chopped herbs, raisins, and spring onions into the couscous. Season further with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice.

  3. Place the tabouleh in a serving dish, top with the grilled cauliflower, and garnish with hazelnuts and pomegranate seeds.

  4. Enjoy!
