Grilled cauliflower 450g
Chicken cubes 400g
corn kernels 100g
Iceberg lettuce 100g
Sour cream 150ml
Lime (cut into wedges) 1
Taco shells 1 package
Cumin powder 1/2 tbsp
Cayenne pepper 1/2 tbsp
Smoked pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Handful of cilantro

Preparation:

  1. Heat the grilled cauliflower in the microwave or briefly fry in a pan.

  2. Place the chicken cubes in a bowl, sprinkle with cumin powder, smoked paprika powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, toss the spices with the chicken cubes. Fry them until crispy in some olive oil.

  3. Heat the taco shells according to the instructions on the package. Fill them with iceberg lettuce, chicken cubes, and grilled cauliflower, spoon some sour cream over them, and sprinkle with corn kernels and cilantro. 

  4. Serve and enjoy! 

Serving suggestion:

Place the chicken, cauliflower, salad, sour cream, cilantro, and corn kernels in separate bowls and set them on the table for everyone to serve themselves.
